100% Smoke-free Workplaces, Enclosed Public Places, and Certain Outdoor Places. Prohibits use of tobacco products in enclosed public places, places of employment, city vehicles, outdoor areas adjacent to city buildings, outdoor places of employment, sports arenas, recreational areas, and playgrounds. Electronic smoking devices and hookah included.
Where smoking is not prohibited
Private residences unless used as a childcare, adult day care, or health care facility.
