100% Smoke-free Workplaces and Enclosed Public Places. Smoking is prohibited in all places of employment including outdoor spaces in which there are two or more employees. Restrictions include private and semi-private rooms in long term care facilities and all hotel and motel guest rooms. E-cigarettes and hookah included.
Where smoking is not prohibited
Private residences except when used as a licensed childcare, adult day care, or healthcare facility. Private clubs in which the public is never allowed.
