100% Smoke-free Workplaces and Enclosed Public Places. All enclosed public places and places of employment including seating areas of all outdoor arenas, stadiums, and amphitheaters.
Where smoking is not prohibited
Private residences except when used as licensed childcare, adult day care or health care facility; private clubs that employ from within or whose only employees are member volunteers, except when members from the general public are invited into such clubs; outdoor areas of enclosed places where smoking is prohibited if at least three feet from outside entrances, operable windows, and ventilation systems.
