Where smoking is not prohibited
Age-restricted venues where access is denied to any person under age 21; retail tobacco stores; indoor smoking areas in county, state, or federal governmental facilities; buildings and facilities operated by private organizations, except when open to the public; any dwelling except those also used as childcare facility, adult day care center or healthcare facility.
