Partial. Most enclosed public spaces, most places of employment, and some outdoor public places including outdoor arenas, stadiums, playgrounds and water features. City parks are also covered during special events when the event sponsor requests the event be nonsmoking. E-cigarettes are included.
Where smoking is not prohibited
Bars, provided that the area must: (a) be fully enclosed and physically separated and that any doors in the walls or enclosure shall be closed at all times except when used for entering or exiting the area; (b) have a heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system which vents air directly from the separate bar area to the outside; and (c) allow no filtration of smoke from the bar area into other dining areas or other areas as the case may be within the restaurant. Private residences except when used as a licensed childcare, adult day care or health care facility. Designated hotel and motel rooms. Private clubs that have no employees, except when hosting events open to the public. Indoor smoking areas in state or federal government buildings. Charitable gaming events in licensed charitable gaming facilities. Retail tobacco stores and retail vapor stores.
