Partial. Enclosed public places and workplaces, outdoor arenas and stadiums, and public grounds within 25 feet of the property boundaries of a school, College or daycare.
Where smoking is not prohibited
Enclosed smoking areas for employees, age-restricted freestanding bars (age 21), bingo parlors (age 18), and off-track betting parlors (age 18); designated hotel and motel rooms; private clubs except when open to the public; retail tobacco stores; any dwelling except when used as childcare facility, adult day care center or healthcare facility.
