100% Smoke-free Workplaces and Enclosed Public Places. All enclosed public places and places of employment including facilities and vehicles owned or operated by the City and seating areas of all outdoor arenas and stadiums. E-cigarettes included.
Where smoking is not prohibited
Private residences, except when used as childcare, adult day care or health care facility; hotel and motel rooms rented to guests (not more than 20%, and all smoking rooms on the same floor must be contiguous); outdoor areas of places of employment; retail tobacco stores, and private clubs and businesses that have no employees except when being used for functions to which the general public is invited.
