Where smoking is not prohibited
Private residences except when used for childcare, adult day care, or health care purposes; designated, contiguous hotel and motel smoking rooms, provided areas are contiguous and sufficiently isolated so smoke does not infiltrate where smoking is prohibited; private clubs; facilities that house federal prisoners; and areas in nursing homes and long term care facilities, provided these areas are isolated and ventilated so smoke does not infiltrate where smoking is prohibited.
