All places of employment including facilities and vehicles owned, leased or operated by the City of Beattyville and all outdoor places of employment where two or more employees are required to be. All enclosed public places including outdoor shopping malls including parking structures, outdoor arenas, stadiums and amphitheaters, outdoor recreational areas including parking, playgrounds, service lines, sports arenas, public transportation stations and platforms, and hotels/motels. E-cigarettes and hookah included.
Where smoking is not prohibited
Private residences, except when used as a childcare, adult day care, or health care facility.
