Partial. All enclosed public places that allow persons under age 18 to enter.
Where smoking is not prohibited
Any enclosed public place that does not allow persons under the age of 18; independently ventilated enclosed public areas where persons under 18 are not allowed to enter; private clubs when not used for a function to which the general public is invited; hotel and motel rooms designated as smoking rooms; private residences, except when used as a childcare, adult day care, or health care facility. Restaurants, hotel and motel conference or meeting rooms, and public and private assembly rooms while these places are being used for private functions.
