Diane Miller Retired Public Health Director, Lincoln County Health Department

Diane Miller is a retired Public Health Director of the Lincoln County Health Department since August, 2022 where she was employed for 42 years and served as Public Health Director for 28 years. Diane worked closely with County and City Officials to develop Tobacco Free Ordinances for City and County government buildings as well as the Lincoln County School District. She continues to play and active role in the communities addressing tobacco use and other ATODs.
