Prescription for Radon
The Prescription for Radon Program was developed to raise awareness and provide healthcare providers with the tools and information necessary to initiate conversations with patients about the dangers of radon exposure and effective solutions. The tools below can be easily integrated into the healthcare provider’s normal patient visit and the radon prescription pad gives healthcare providers a means to encourage patients to test their homes for radon. Together, these items help healthcare providers start the conversation about radon with patients.
